CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY ✨ We understand that life happens and plans can change! To respect our stylists’ time and keep appointments available for everyone, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. A valid card is required to be kept on file when booking. The card on file will automatically be charged for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
